Are you a passionate and data driven analyst seeking a role within an organisation where the work you do will really make a difference? 

We are looking for a self-motivated Business Operations & Insights Manager educated to Bachelor level, to work as part of our Care Delivery Team and cover all our clinics across the UK.

We require somebody who is used to a fast-paced environment, flexible and can take ownership of tasks and drive them forward with minimal guidance. Having experience within a multinational organisation and coming from a healthcare background are both beneficial but not essential.

This is a hybrid role requiring a balance of approximately 50% remote work and 50% field-based activities, making a UK driving licence essential.

What does the role involve?

You will:

• Optimize clinic workflows by analysing key data and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Drive process enhancements while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and KPIs.
• Oversee planning and implementation of operational improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to gather feedback and enhance workflows.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Streamline billing and supplier interactions to improve efficiency.
• Update and refine workflow manuals to reflect best practices.
• Research and implement innovative methodologies for continuous improvement.
