Job Description- Provide services for all BU's in the area of order management (order intake, claims handling, contracts & promo support, customer master data ...), contact person for online players such as Amazon.
- Strategic function with the responsibility for process and cost optimization, standardization, driving automation, creating operative improvement
- Rollout support for central projects and application of central guidelines & templates in responsible area, provide local requirements and raise topics to the central BOP team overarching solutions
- 1st level support to UCC (user and customer care center), training of external agents
- At least 2 years experience in related functions
- Excellent communication skills both vertical and horizontal
- Analytical skills
- Service and results orientation for internal and external customers
- Entrepreneurial thinking and autonomous working manner
