About the Role:
Operations:
- Coordinate remote team on deployment and mobilization
- Provide oversight to and coordinate FM-as-a-service workflow processes, handle billing administration, and coordinate remote vendor resourcing
- Maintain vendor engagements and relationships
- Monitor and manage facility-related expenses within the budget for monthly reporting
- Assist Support Function Lead/ Senior Manager/ Senior Director on administrative duties when required
- New vendor creation (involves watchdog screening and risk assessment for new vendors)
- Assist in Request for quotation for ad-hoc, corrective maintenance and minor works for client request
Project Management:
- Support RFP and RFQ for projects and ad-hoc works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and supplier when required
- Conduct and liaise with Client-on-client brief and specification.
- Oversee clients A&A project and adhoc work programs
Account Management:
- Manage account operation matter and ensure service performance aligning with contract/agreement.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders, such as Landlord, clients, vendor.
- Work with Client/Office manager/Account manager to set up work processes and support infrastructure for capacity and scalability, ensuring timely client response and vendor deployment.
- Assist on opening new Project account. Perform accounting duties A/R, billing, and invoicing clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in project management, construction management, civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Some working experience in Data Center industry
- Proficiency in project / Operations management software (e.g., Project, Primavera, Procore), MCIM, Famis 360, BI dashboard tools and other relevant tools
