Responsibilities
- Analyzing the needs of business teams and identifying development areas to improve operational processes and customer/seller experience
- Working on and following up on all developments that will be made with cargo companies or that will improve cargo processes in our internal processes.
- Ensuring alignment with all stakeholders and following up on tasks to complete projects in the roadmap on time
- Identify and analyze pain points, root causes and develop preventive actions
- Regular review of operations KPI's and finding improvement areas, taking necessary actions
- Being interested in different departments and disciplines to actively contributing to company strategy and priorities
- Researching countries and potential logistics partners to understand the market needs and identify development areas for Trendyol and partners
- Cooperation with 3PL logistic partners inline with the vision and mission of the company
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business, e commerce, fmcg and operations (supply chain, delivery, International logistics) development
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business, e commerce, fmcg and operations (supply chain, delivery, International logistics) project management
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations projects and ensure their follow-up.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and plan necessary actions.
- Fluent in English ( both written & verbal)
- Customer and result-oriented approach
- Eager to learn, result-oriented, having analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge, BigQuery is a plus)
- This position includes both specialist, senior specialist experience
