About the Role:
As a founding member of our Data Analytics team, you’ll be responsible in building the foundation of our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Your work will directly influence how data is collected, organized, and leveraged across the company. From helping to shape our data stack to establishing metrics and data models to building user-level dashboards, you will help define the way we use data to drive insight and action.
You’ll partner closely with Execs, Product, GTM, and Finance to uncover meaningful trends on strategic initiatives, product analytics, and business performance to drive key strategic decisions. This is a unique opportunity to help establish modern, scalable analytics and data foundations from the ground up.
Establish a modern data stack from the ground up, including developing core data models and owning the tool stack
Own business intelligence reporting across the company, including developing dashboards to help track ongoing KPIs and ad-hoc analyses to dive into high priority questions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially Product and Eng) to understand business priorities and initiatives in order to help design OKRs, data tracking, and analysis of performance, ultimately helping shape strategy and roadmap
You may be a good fit if you have:
Ambitions to become a Head of Data one day
Expert proficiency in SQL and Python
5+ years of experience in data or product analytics roles at a high-growth or scaled technology company
Experience building and maintaining a modern data stack at a high-growth company, ideally owning it from the ground up
Ability to drive in-depth analytics projects from end-to-end, including strategic decision-making and operational workstreams
Are an excellent communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Compensation:
$175k - $220k + equity
