The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and preparing incoming and outgoing continuing education activity documentation, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and a comprehensive understanding of established mailroom operations. This role primarily receives, sorts, and processes incoming test materials and associated payments (by check or credit card), then prepares and sends outbound certificates and related completion documentation.
Because this work involves sensitive personal information (e.g., date of birth, license numbers, credit card details), this position operates in a controlled clean-room environment; personal cell phones and other personal electronic devices are not permitted while working in the clean room. This is a full-time, on-site position based in St. Louis, MO (Midtown).
What You Will Do:
• Scan, code, proof, and grade received continuing education activity documentation
• Prepare, process, and send outbound certificates and related completion documentation
• Handle sensitive personal information (e.g., date of birth, license numbers, credit card details), including information subject to state reporting requirements
• Update customer records and contact customers to resolve any issues that arise within completion forms
• Ensure accuracy of participant information and data entry
• Analyze trends and report potential issues to immediate supervisor
• Apply professional judgment within well-defined boundaries
• Follow all clean-room protocols, including refraining from personal cell phone or personal electronic device use while working on-site
