Description
Since 2000, Comfort Solutions has grown from one employee and a service van into one of Utah's leading providers of HVAC, fireplaces, plumbing, and home comfort services.
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to help keep our office, accounting processes, and operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do- Manage daily emails and office communications
- Oversee A/R collections and customer payments
- Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Process deposits and customer financing transactions
- Compile payroll, commissions, bonuses, and employee deductions
- Approve PTO requests and maintain employee records in Paylocity
- Enter expenses and assist with accounting in Sage Intacct
- Support month-end close with accounting teams
- Monitor installer timecards and job costing in ServiceTitan
- Order office supplies and distribute incoming mail
- Assist with fleet maintenance, repairs, registrations, and compliance
- Support leadership with administrative and operational projects
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of office management, accounting, or operations experience
- Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and customer service
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Service Titan
- Sage Intacct
- Paylocity
- HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, or Home Services

Skills Required
- 3+ years of office management, accounting, or operations experience

- Customer service experience
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
