Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and results-driven professionals with experience in international outbound calling to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, following up on leads, negotiating pricing, and ensuring accurate documentation and CRM updates throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make follow-up outbound calls to prospective customers and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers to support deal closures
  • Achieve a minimum target of 50 outbound calls per day.
  • Engage customers professionally and effectively to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Request, collect, and validate all required paperwork and documentation needed to progress deals.
  • Communicating any updates or changes related to leads to the assigned agent on file.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM.
  • Work closely with supervisors to receive and prioritize call lists, reports, and potential customer data.
  • Track customer interactions and follow up activities to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics and sales objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in International Outbound Calling, Tele sales, Collections, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent English communication.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales environments.
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
