About the company

Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take ownership of a core operational area end to end at a growing company, spanning sales, customer support and people functions. You will absorb work currently shared among founders and team leads so colleagues can concentrate on customers and product. The role suits a self-directed operator who is comfortable with ambiguity.

What you'll do

- Own one operational area that fits your strengths, such as revenue operations, customer support operations, people operations or hiring, with room to broaden over time.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, administer sales tools and build workflows that help the sales team reach its targets.

- Oversee the support function by monitoring the incoming request queue, looking into problems that arise and streamlining how the team works.

- Manage hiring and onboarding, including external recruiting partners, recruiting metrics and onboarding processes that scale with headcount growth.

- Lead special projects such as leadership reporting, new market or product initiatives and finance support.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- At least 1 year in an operations role (business operations, revenue operations, go-to-market operations or similar) at an early-stage startup.

- Genuine interest in working at an early-stage company.

- Ability to execute independently across ambiguous, cross-functional tasks without close guidance.

- A record of standout achievement, such as rapid advancement or promotion, ownership of a major initiative, internal tooling work or competition wins.

- Low ego, genuine character and willingness to do whatever the work requires.

- Clear, concise communication.

- A bachelor's degree, with a STEM major viewed as a strong plus.

- Startup experience is preferred over other backgrounds; consulting backgrounds are not a fit.

Bonus points

- Experience as a venture capital associate or analyst.

- Exposure to the healthcare domain.

- Experience with a CRM, a database or spreadsheet tool, or sales sourcing tools, and comfort working in dashboards and spreadsheets.
