We are seeking an +4 years experienced Business Operations Assistant Manager to support the operational excellence of Sparks English course centers. This role will drive continuous process improvement initiatives, lead SOP standardization across centers, and oversee audit and quality assurance to ensure consistent service delivery. The role will also leverage data analytics to monitor performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Working closely with academic, sales, and center teams, this role will translate operational and data insights into practical improvements that support retention, efficiency, and student experience.
Job Description:
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across learning centers.
- Develop, standardize, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent execution and service quality.
- Plan and conduct operational audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Own quality assurance frameworks for academic delivery, customer experience, and center operations.
- Analyze operational, sales, and customer data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to support management decision-making.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for center leaders and functional teams.
- Partner with Academic, Sales, Marketing, and Center Operations teams to implement improvements.
- Monitor implementation progress and drive accountability for agreed action plans.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes across centers.
- Identify operational risks and proactively propose mitigation plans.
- Support leadership with special projects related to growth, productivity, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, and/or Process Improvement.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and supporting operational excellence.
- Education : Min. Bachelors degree (S1)
