✨ What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming sales orders and work with the Legal, Renewal Sales, Account team, and customers to ensure orders are compliant with RTI terms and approved to be processed.
  • Fulfill sales orders following our documented processes and setup / initiate backend cross-departmental workflows within our business systems.
  • Triage and respond to incoming internal and external requests and questions.
  • Audit reports and enforce data integrity across our business systems.
  • Manage, maintain, and update operational process documentation and resources.
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of how to utilize Salesforce to execute job responsibilities.

🎯 What We’re Looking For / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented work ethic focused on collective success
  • Self-starter who’s able to work with minimal direction, exhibiting a heightened sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-oriented and able to keep pace with the evolution of processes as we grow
  • Excellent computer skills – Strong proficiency using Windows, MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Apps, Adobe Acrobat

The compensation range for this role is $23 - $26 an hour for Denver, Colorado. The hourly range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base hourly target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
