About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations and Planning Manager to join our COO organization. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of wireless, connectivity and sensing business units.

In this role, you will support and drive business growth through business planning and operation, commercial strategy/model analysis and eco system enablement, across commercial, technical, legal, and marketing domains, ensuring smooth coordination between multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business understanding, operational discipline, and strong interpersonal skills to enhance business value and expand customer base, strengthen partnerships, and support the revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support cross-functional business operation activities – ensuring efficient communication and coordination across GMs, legal, finance, technical and commercial teams.

Business operation - coordinate business unit operations related to commercial strategy, sales,  delivery tracking, revenue recognition, contractual commitments and contract lifecycle management (including amendment, renewals etc..) ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Pipeline management - Develop, maintain and expend databases of customers, prospects, and market intelligence; work closely with GMs and sales teams to identify and track strategic opportunities and create reliable P&L and forecast dashboards.

Pricing and business model strategy - Working jointly with product team to drive customer and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities, pricing strategy, business models and supporting long-term forecasting and strategic planning.

Strategic partnerships - Develop and manage partnerships and ecosystem– identify and nurture potential business partners, establish appropriate partnership agreements, and coordinate joint commercial activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in licensing, business development, business operations,  or strategic sales within the wireless, semiconductor, or IoT industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and contractual understanding, with experience interfacing with legal, finance and commercial teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, balancing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
  • Good understanding of wireless technologies (including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular) is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Prior global responsibility or exposure should be highly desirable. Availability to travel is a big plus

Skills Required
