Business Operations Analyst

• Design and develop methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
• Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
• Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources.
• Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to cleanse, integrate, and analyze large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
• Up to 5% domestic travel.
• Telecommuting permitted 2 to 3 days per week.

Target Base Salary Range: $96,928 - $131,800 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

• Bachelors degree + 2 years experience
