The Opportunity: Business Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a focus on pricing analysis to join us at Iron Mountain.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform pricing strategies for high-value strategic deals. You will join a collaborative global team dedicated to optimizing pricing models and ensuring cost accuracy to drive business growth and decision-making.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead pricing data analysis: Collaborate with global finance teams to interpret cost data and identify trends that drive optimized pricing strategies for individual deals.
Manage data integrity and reporting: Develop and maintain detailed reports and quality checks to ensure pricing models are accurate, dependable, and reflective of market conditions.
Support and optimize pricing systems: Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing tool users, translating feedback into functional requirements to improve tool functionality and user workflows.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Substantial experience in finance, pricing, or a related analytical role.
Strong knowledge of data analysis tools including Excel, Google Sheets, and Structured Query Language (SQL).
Proven ability in advanced financial modeling, with a track record of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Business fluency in English is required.
