Summary
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to work with leadership to drive insights, improve business results, and client experience. The Business Analyst will work closely and collaboratively with our Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to understand and improve business processes across our Premises Liability department.
The goal is to ensure that all business operations are at peak performance and to provide the best value and experience for our clients and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable translating technical results into straightforward insights.
- A process thinker and natural problem-solver. You are always thinking about how to make something better end to end, and you think critically about the key metrics that will tell you when you are successful.
- Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering meaningful results.
- Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
- Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a manager-of-one. You can take ownership of special projects when asked and know how to navigate needs across the organization.
- Interest and ability to take on analyses and ultimately provide decision support services and actionable insights to the business
- Build ad-hoc dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual analysis using Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI
- Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, business intelligence, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong quantitative skills needed.
- Experience supporting and leading operations initiatives alongside business leaders.
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
