Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in business operations, including process and analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our business processes, ensuring operational efficiency, analyzing data to drive decision making, and supporting various operational initiatives. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Care.
Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate and maintain reports on key performance indicators to track and measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document current processes and workflows, and develop new process documentation as needed.
  • Gather and analyze data to support process improvement recommendations.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, analysis and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide analytical, reporting support.
  • Support various business projects by providing data-driven insights and implementation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1- 2 years of experience in a professional environment in an analyst or operations capacity
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical parties
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to positive work culture
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce; familiarity with Contact Center and IVR tools

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $47,000 and $89,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
