Drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution. Responsibilities
Supports operational and development programs, delivering robust, capable manufacturing process technology as applied to materials, tooling, parts fabrication and repair activity
Monitor and control performance of internal and external repair operations using KPIs
Develop and execute action plans to improve repair quality, speed, and cost
Support New Repair Introduction (NRI) for new products entering the repair network
Define and support deployment of repair concepts, work standards, and work instructions to ensure consistent execution
Support and assist site audits and maturity assessments to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem‑solving and lean principles
Support projects to set up new repair sites or expand scope at existing facilities
Prepare business cases to evaluate financial return from repair investments or improvements
Coordinate training, equipment ordering, technical support, and parts supply
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement new processes and sustain improvements
Troubleshoots, investigates and resolves current issues related to tooling, materials, processes and gauges.
Collaborates with team members across engineering, technical support and other areas to ensure evaluation and resolution of technical issues.
Verifies quality control conformance to drawings and specifications.
Qualifications
Mechanical or Industrial Engineer degree or equivalent work experience required.
Experience in repair operations, process standardization, or product/repair introductions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Advanced English / Spanish is a plus
- Availability to work onsite in Osasco, SP
