Job Summary  

The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role as the central hub for coordination, process optimization, and operational support across the Workforce Solutions vertical. This role supports seamless collaboration across divisions, ensures the execution of key initiatives, and provides flexible support for new and emerging areas of the business. By combining strong analytical skills with operational insight, the Business Operations Analyst drives efficiency, supports growth, and contributes to long-term program success. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Cross-Divisional Coordination & Operational Analysis 

  • Serve as a central liaison between sales, onboarding, operations, account management, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across Workforce Solutions initiatives. 

  • Manage and prioritize ad hoc requests from leadership and internal stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution. 

  • Provide operational business support through process documentation, workflow analysis, and issue tracking. 

  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions by engaging the appropriate teams. 

Program & Client Support 

  • Track and manage open items, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. 

  • Act as the first point of contact for program inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution. 

  • Support client-facing teams by coordinating updates and ensuring smooth client transitions. 

Reporting & Data Management 

  • Develop, validate, and deliver reporting for leadership and client stewardship meetings. 

  • Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness across divisions. 

  • Maintain organized and auditable records of plan renewals, carrier negotiations, and operational milestones. 

PEO Master Plans Renewal Support 

  • Update and maintain Master Plan Workbooks with all renewal and post-renewal data. 

  • Track new plan additions and effective dates. 

  • Provide operational and analytical support for renewal activities. 

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support 

  • Track and reconcile acquired entity plans, ensuring complete documentation. 

  • Conduct disruption analysis and coding reviews to minimize client impact. 

  • Partner with internal divisions to streamline transitions during migration. 

Agency Migration Support 

  • Review ancillary data and support analysts with escalations or data inquiries. 

  • Provide overflow support for AOR submissions and related activities. 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline agency migrations and improve efficiency. 

 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000-90,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
