As a Business Operations Analyst, you will partner with customers, sales teams, and business leaders to uncover opportunities, optimize inventory, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive meaningful business outcomes through analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates located in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania are preferred to support business needs within the region.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain customer relationships to identify growth opportunities, improve service levels, and drive revenue performance within assigned territories.
- Analyze customer purchasing patterns, inventory utilization, and revenue trends to uncover opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to customers and sales teams through phone, email, and business reviews to improve efficiency and customer value.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to develop solutions that address customer needs and changing market conditions.
- Execute inventory optimization strategies and product conversion initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and business performance.
- Utilize enterprise systems and customer relationship management tools to manage orders, resolve issues, track customer interactions, and support account performance.
- Lead recurring business review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align on sales objectives, collection strategies, and operational priorities.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives by educating field personnel and customers on ordering processes, inventory management practices, and available solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint in a professional environment.
- Exposure to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including sales order management functionality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, or similar enterprise systems.
- 1+ year of professional experience in sales support, supply chain, healthcare operations, customer service, analytics, business operations, or a related field.
- Experience creating reports and analyzing data using Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI.
