How You Will Make an Impact:
- Ensure timely Account Receivables monitoring, application and follow up with customers
- Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
- Monitoring the program process
- Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
- Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
- Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
- Ensure agreements and all program relevant manuals are updated regularly
- Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
- User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
- Develop and keep professional relationships with business partners
- Adhere to company & Program Operations policies
- Contribute to keeping a positive, transparent, open, and creative thinking working environment
- When required, participate in tasks/projects which are not directly related to this function or enhancing Program Operations
What You Bring to the Team:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Work experience: minimum of 2 years in back‑office operations, client relationship management, and accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of financial mathematics
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, International Relations or related areas
- Organized, proactive, self‑managed, and strong critical‑thinking skills
