We've built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Roseland, NJ (On-site)
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst II to create and analyze ad-hoc and recurring reports for our Direct Sales team, focusing on both new and existing customers. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to access and compile operational sales data using standard reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver clear written and verbal communications, including emails, reports, and presentations, tailored to diverse audiences
- Analyze and interpret key performance metrics, identify trends, define problems, collect and validate data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings effectively to internal departments
- Utilize Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs) to gather, audit, and analyze data, identifying strengths, opportunities, and trends. Create pivot tables, charts, and graphs to visually represent data insights
- Monitor call content and quality to identify opportunities for business process improvement and implement changes
- Conduct special projects, research, analysis, and presentations as requested by senior leadership
- Partner with various business units to provide an understanding of quality data
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in business or a minimum of two years of relevant business analyst experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information for senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,
meet deadlines, and multitask effectively - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Ability to identify trends in metrics and recommend business improvements
- Strong logical reasoning, decision-making, and business intelligence skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $62,623.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year
