Reporting to the SVP, Regional General Manager (RGM), as the Defensive Line for the region, you will provide strategic analysis and mission critical project management at the executive Region Leadership Team (RLT) level. You will analyze region performance, develop strategies to identify new consumers, increase share, grow volume, and implement projects to maximize the opportunities. We are looking for both strategic framing and project execution. You will take a leadership role in the development of high impact projects across all departments, ensuring agreement of deliverables and allocation of resources. You will develop relationships across all levels and geographies to maintain both the proper execution and the cultural pulse of the region.
Job DescriptionSTRATEGIC ANALYSIS & CONSUMER ACQUISITION
Coordinate important projects across the region and department verticals to identify and close performance gaps and test strategic direction. Capture and communicate opportunity gaps to share with the RLT and other appropriate internal Field and Santa Monica stakeholders.
Onboard relevant partners to project teams and bring the group to defined outcome.
Lead long-term projects, establish project goals, and track targets across all business segments and departments.
Develop yearly indicators for success, measurement tracking, and business metric dashboards, aligned with Field leadership and Santa Monica HOD’s.
Develop scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist the RLT (Marketing, On Premise, and Distribution) in assessing performance.
Engage and secure leadership partnerships both internally and externally.
Provide applicable insights through analyses of our goals, identify drivers and detractors contributing to their success.
Evaluate proper utilization and allocation of resources across business segments and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring financial or data analysis.
Independently manage output.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Provide leadership and support from project development to implementation including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, executing, and reporting results across the region.
Build relationships across all levels and geographies, monitor the cultural health and pulse of the region and make recommendations based on those assessments.
Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource needs.
Develop, enhance, and monitor project management methodologies ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and ensure that projects are implemented and delivered to meet standards.
Provide ad hoc project support as determined by the SVP, RGM.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Work with the RLT and other internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve current business & role processes and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements, automations, and/or new capability opportunities.
Develop improvements to regional project management and annual business planning process to increase focus, efficiency, and accountability with the region, in alignment with the Mgr, Business Operations, and ensure agreement and understanding across all levels.
Be the SME on the RLT for strategic analysis and project management.
Guide collaboration and support performance at the RLT level.
Qualifications2-4+ years of experience in an analytical or consultative role
Project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - 102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
