Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Manages complex supply chain functions including inventory, logistics, and demand planning for global operations.
- Executes demand/supply matching, backlog management, and performance analysis to drive improvements.
- Leads planning teams, contributes to strategic projects, and ensures compliance with trade regulations.
- Communicates guidelines, mentors junior staff, and identifies opportunities for process optimization.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.
- Broker's license and/or 4-6 years of experience in a customs/global trade function.
- Advanced English skills
- Previous experience in Supply Chain
Knowledge and Skills:
- Possesses deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, MRP, ATP, and inventory analysis.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills; recognized as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Highly effective communicator with proven leadership, team-building, and relationship management abilities.
- Well-versed in trade compliance, supply chain strategy, and advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
