Job Description
Supporting the Vice President of an organization of 1500+ employees, and collaborating strongly with the board of the division. Our organization is diverse, the used technologies reflect the market’s trends, the division includes many business units which are on the global market’s growth path with the main focus of digital solutions.
Main job tasks and responsibilities
- Abstracting and transforming information to create well designed presentation materials for business units – from employee to CXO management level and summaries appropriate for different target audiences
- Representing the VP’s requests among the business units
- Close interaction with related supporting areas e.g. HR, Finance, Infrastructure Management, IT, Communication & Event Management, etc.
- Close cooperation with global stakeholders
- Transforming detailed business information into simple and clear business target
- Compiling information for decision-making, elaborating proposals for solution
- Supervising/tracking/implementing business tasks delegated by VP
- Contribution in the preparation and execution of the strategic plans
- Organizing/executing /tracking assigned business projects
- Documenting processes, monitoring progress and preparing status reports
- Preparing management reports
- Handling confidential issues and documents
Qualifications
- Fluent business English knowledge, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar international environment in business support/managerial position
- Solid knowledge in project/process management, agile structures/methods and financials
- Very quick understanding of business' needs with capability of fast implementation of sudden changes
- Very strong abstracting, problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and under time pressure with accuracy and efficiency
- Decision making in uncertainty
- Adaptive attitude in variable situations requiring analytical, interpretative, evaluative, and/or -constructive thinking
- Expertise in creating presentation for different managerial levels
