Job Description
As a Business Operation for Hungary and Kosovo at Bosch Power Tools, you will be involved in day-to-day customer operations regarding contracts, orders, claims, deliveries, and invoices. You will be part of the business operation team located in Budapest and strongly support the sales and marketing team and collaborate with other internal stakeholders (logistic, finance) to ensure the best customer relationship with our partners.
►Your tasks include management and continuous Order-to-Cash process improvement including product and delivery information, claim handling, return processes together with all kind of sales and customer requirement what is connected to business relationship for Regional Retail partners, Key User Customers and few Online Specialist for Hungary and Kosovo.
►In your responsibility you need to have strong collaboration with finance and logistic areas to support the customer relationship and find solutions for any upcoming problem
►You are also responsible for managing the customer contracts and support the sales colleagues with administrative task like reports, and different type of analisys.
►You need to give strong support for sales and marketing in case of operational topics
►You will define and follow-up corrective actions and need to work process improvements for efficiency gain.
Qualifications
►Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
►Several years of professional experience with customer management. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
►Assertive, reliable team player, very good communication skills as well as a collaborative, pro-active and structured way of working.
►Fluent in English and Hungarian.
►SAP knowledge is advantage.
