Title: Business Office Manager
Job Duties: Under the direction of the Director of Administrative Services, the Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility. This position oversees and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable; resident monies, including trust account, petty cash, and payroll; and receptionist and office assistant supervision. The Business Office Manager serves as the Administrator's executive secretary while liaising with other departments. The Business Office Manager assists the Administrator in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures and maintaining required hospital standards. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals respectfully and professionally.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Proficiency is acquired through completing an A.A. or B.A. degree in Business, or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or health-related clinic as a secretary or manager is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in mental health are desirable.

About the Campus: Our Santa Barbara Crisis Residential supports each guest in recovering with an enhanced sense of resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The principles of wellness and recovery are ongoing, and guests are active participants. The clinical treatment team comprises people with lived experience, trained and certified peer providers, and a wide array of clinical expertise.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$24—$25 USD
