Title: Business Office Manager
Job Duties: The Business Office Manager is responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility. This position oversees and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable; resident monies, including trust account, petty cash, and payroll; and supervision of receptionist and office assistant. The Business Office Manager serves as executive secretary to the Administrator while being a liaison in coordinating with other departments. The Business Office Manager assists the Administrator in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures and maintaining required hospital standards. This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Proficiency is acquired through completion of A.A. or B.A. degree in Business, or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience in hospital or health-related clinic as secretary or manager is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in mental health desirable.

About the Campus: San Mateo is our newest campus, this 16 bed MHRC will provide clients a place to heal. This is part of an exciting new program.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$30—$35 USD
