Pine Ridge Post Acute is looking for an experienced SNF Business Office Manager to lead the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for billing, collections, resident accounts, and business office operations while working alongside a supportive leadership team dedicated to providing exceptional care.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Business Office Manager, you'll help keep our facility running efficiently by:

  • Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, and financial reporting.
  • Overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private insurance billing while resolving billing issues with accuracy and confidence.
  • Managing resident trust accounts, petty cash, and bank deposits in compliance with state regulations.
  • Assisting with resident admissions by verifying insurance and completing financial paperwork.
  • Completing month-end close and preparing required reports on schedule.
  • Partnering with the Administrator and regional support teams to improve collections and solve complex account issues.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents, families, vendors, and community partners.
  • Collaborating with department leaders to support quality initiatives and operational success.
  • Coaching and supporting business office team members when needed.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in Skilled nursing business office operations with at least 2 years of accounts receivable experience in experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Commercial Insurance.
  • Proven experience maintaining a low DSO and high cash collections.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys helping residents, families, and teammates.
  • A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience.
  • Collecting on private accounts
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
