Business Office Coordinator, BOC is a medical front desk receptionist role. Rockford Multispecialty (Cardiology, Neurology, and OBGYN) is a new office opening this Spring. This position will support Cardiology.

Position Summary:
Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office.
What you will do:
- Check in/Check out
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling appointments
- Manage Referrals
- Insurance verification
- Other clerical functions
What you need:
- High school graduate/ GED required
- Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred
- Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred
