Lincoln Tech is searching for a detail-oriented Business Office Admin to provide administrative support and top-notch customer service to our students and visitors. Collaborate with our campus teams to craft an exceptional student experience and create a positive environment that fosters growth and success. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Administrative Services in this position.
- Assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects, events, reports, record-keeping, organization, and overall department administration.
- Perform basic HR functions, including payroll processing, onboarding, and maintaining audit-ready personnel files.
- Maintain student accounts and files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accrediting criteria.
- Verify and inventory all books, tools, and uniform orders; distribute materials to students.
- Perform weekly bank deposits and prepare related financial documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in producing reports and correspondence
- Customer Focus: desire to help and serve
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
