Job Description

Business Marketing Manager, Cybersecurity (Office: Cambridge, MA)

The Business Marketing Manager, Cybersecurity leads marketing for Philips North America’s upgrade, cybersecurity, and secure connectivity service offerings to grow profitable services revenue. You will drive offer design, value proposition, demand generation, sales enablement, and customer communications while engaging CIOs, CISOs, and biomedical leaders to align services with market needs. Internally, you will coordinate across product, sales, operations, finance, legal, and global service teams to shape customer-centric, market-driven solutions that optimize imaging device performance and reduce cybersecurity risk.

Your role:

  • Develop and manage a localized portfolio of upgrade, secure remote connectivity, and cybersecurity services that improve imaging system availability and reduce medical device cyber risk, including value propositions, ROI models, pricing guidelines, and customer-facing collateral.

  • Identify customer requirements, validate install-base data and upgrade eligibility, and define targeted lifecycle and upgrade strategies using accurate data sources, reporting frameworks, and opportunity identification.

  • Lead demand-generation and funnel-to-revenue marketing programs—campaigns, KPIs, customer journeys, dashboards, and sales enablement—to drive attachment, upgrade conversion, and measurable services revenue growth.

  • Act as the customer-facing business lead in strategic engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and biomedical leaders, and gather market/competitive insights to shape offers and inform North America input to global service strategy.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, global services, field marketing, service delivery, sales, finance, legal, and operations to ensure compliant execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of the services portfolio.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or equivalent field; MBA preferred

  • Knowledge and experience 7+ years working in a high technology cybersecurity service / government cybersecurity contractor / healthcare environment

  • Deep expertise in CIO/CISO cybersecurity requirements and medical-device endpoint risk mitigation, with proven experience launching and marketing service-based offerings and translating customer security needs into product/service solutions.

  • Strategic, results-driven marketer and change agent: strong track record developing and executing marketing/business plans, driving measurable outcomes on time and on budget, and leveraging analytical problem-solving and project management to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with C‑suite and practitioner-level engagement skills, global collaboration experience, high energy, creativity, and the ability to operate independently while facilitating groups and influencing stakeholders.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office-based role.
