Join our team as an Electrification Business & Market Intelligence Analyst, where you’ll analyze market trends, provide competitor insights, and uncover growth opportunities around the world. You’ll collaborate with the global leadership team to shape strategic initiatives and ensure market transparency.

This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area Strategy, Business & Market Research team
You will be mainly accountable for:
Market intelligence processes: Improve existing and define new scalable processes for collecting, validating, and synthesizing market insights from a global sales organization, incl. encouraging adoption and developing reporting frameworks and dashboards for senior leadership
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track and evaluate global market trends, uncovering gaps and opportunities for growth. Deliver compelling analyses to guide management decisions and fuel business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the high-quality delivery and integration of business intelligence into decision-making processes
Data-Driven Strategy: Collect and analyze market, competitor, and financial data to provide high-quality insights that support key business decisions and strategic planning.
Innovation in Tools & Analytics: System administration of Business Intelligence Tools in Electrification, developing and enhancing business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, and support marketing teams globally by ensuring optimal use of sales tracking systems and data quality.
Continuous Improvement: Propose and apply enhancements to business analysis tools so the organization can collect, interpret, and use intelligence more effectively
Qualifications for the role:
5–7+ years of experience in market intelligence, business insights, or related functions.
Demonstrated experience building intelligence and designing processes that scale across large organizations and working effectively in multinational organizations with geographically dispersed teams.
Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management, including work alongside commercial leaders across regions and business units
Solid analytical capabilities, including experience with data analysis, visualization, and insight generation, with a talent for identifying trends and making strategic recommendations
Clear, concise communication and engaging storytelling capabilities
Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution
Proficiency in business intelligence tools like MS Office Suite, Anaplan, Power BI, ThinkCell and other market research platforms
A results-focused attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience with market intelligence, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of AI-enabled research, text analytics, or insight-generation tools is a strong plus.
