What You'll Do

  • Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage programs, ensuring successful delivery while navigating ambiguous situations
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish and maintain strategic alignment, communicate project status, and manage expectations
  • Deliver your own workstream at 100% project deployment, systematically addressing and improving the way our clients manage their product data - solving problems and shaping solutions to deliver the right outcomes.
  • Develop and implement program plans, schedules, and performance metrics that align with executive-level expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, including executive leaders, to ensure effective collaboration
  • Proactively manage risk and resolve complex issues that may impact project schedules and budgets
  • Adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and contribute to the maturation of the team
  • Act as a driving force in the development and growth of the organization, defining processes, policies, and best practices to enhance project delivery and efficiency
  • Develop a team of analysts by mentoring and coaching project teams, providing guidance, and sharing best practices to ensure project success, and provide pastoral care to line managees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience in PDM/PLM
    • Experience with electric vehicle manufacturers - including validating, cleaning, and reporting on data
    • Experience working with engineering data, change management, and implementation with Bills of Materials, Master Parts Lists, etc.
    • Experience with tools such at Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence), Smartsheet, 3DX, SAP, Jama, etc.
  • 2+ years project and people management experience (bonus if it's within a related field to complex engineering/automotive)
  • Evidence of exceptional communication, presentation, and business writing skills, including being able to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
  • The ability to make sense of complexity and present compelling data-driven stories and solutions that resonate with stakeholders

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Onsite 3-5 days a week
  • Travel (15%~ based on project)

Benefits

  • A starting salary of $95,000-$120,000 (based on experience)
  • 24 paid vacation days, 12 paid sick days, 401(k), 10~ paid federal holidays, 2 wellbeing days
