Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Business Manager to join the Group CEO Office. The position will be based in Paris and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Chief of Staff Group.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Leading the planning and execution of strategic corporate events in Q4 2026 and Q1 2027, ensuring seamless delivery, stakeholder alignment and an exceptional participant experience
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across Communications, Marketing, HR, Corporate Affairs and Business Units to deliver high-impact leadership and client-facing events
  • Supporting the Group CEO Chief of Staff in preparing executive engagements, key forums, conferences and internal leadership meetings
  • Managing event governance, project timelines, budgets, logistics and vendor relationships, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively mitigated
  • Developing event content and executive briefing materials, including agendas, presentations, speaking points and strategic messaging
  • Driving stakeholder engagement by liaising with senior executives, customers, issuers, regulators, investors and ecosystem partners
  • Monitoring event performance and preparing post-event analyses, recommendations and executive summaries to maximise business impact and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to strategic projects led by the Group CEO Office, conducting research, preparing analyses and coordinating initiatives across multiple functions
  • Producing insights and briefing notes for the Group CEO Office on key business topics, leveraging expertise from across the Euronext organisation
  • Supporting the execution of transversal initiatives aimed at strengthening organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and leadership visibility

Your profile:

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience coordinating complex events or executive projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset, able to produce insights, briefing notes and strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with senior leaders
  • Experience in event management, corporate affairs or executive support roles is an advantage
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, political science or related field
