Responsibilities
- Present and sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance sources
- Submit paperwork and obtain approval from finance sources for our customers
- Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale
- Handle all rate quotes
- Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc
- Establish and meet monthly objectives
- Maintain high profitability of finance products in an ethical, legal and compliant manner.
- Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state and local regulations that affect the operations.
- Maintains high ethical standards in daily activities
- Ensure paperwork is legal, compliant and complete without flaw.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- 2-3 years Automotive Finance experience preferably in a GM dealership
- Proficient with CDK and Darwin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attitude and high energy level
- Superior organization and customer service skills
- Ability to manage detailed paperwork
- A thorough understanding of F & I Procedures
Skills Required
- 2-3 years automotive finance experience
