This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and established portfolio of business customers, partnering with business owners across a wide range of industries. You'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, navigating complex lending requirements, and delivering meaningful outcomes that contribute to both customer success and regional economic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with business customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored banking and lending solutions.
- Prepare high quality credit submissions and lending recommendations.
- Grow and retain a portfolio through proactive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with specialist partners across Westpac to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Contribute to business growth through balance sheet growth and market share opportunities.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences and support continuous improvement initiatives.
