What You’ll Be Doing- Execute the Business Unit strategy to grow profitable market share.
- Lead vendor pricing and profit strategy, collaborating with Profit and Business Optimisation teams.
- Drive sales across agreed vendor portfolios, including new vendor identification and onboarding.
- Support and develop divisional Assistant Category Managers and Business Development Executives.
- Own full product and vendor lifecycle management, ensuring system accuracy and contract compliance.
- Build and maintain commercial and sales relationships with vendor and customer stakeholders.
- Identify and implement commercial and operational process improvements.
- Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools for business continuity.
- Lead quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
