The Business Manager will lead the strategy, growth, and operational performance of the After Sales business within the assigned region(s). This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability, improving customer satisfaction, strengthening operational performance, and leading the North American FTU Manufacturing/Operations team.

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and financial growth of the After Sales business within assigned region(s).
  • Drive revenue and margin growth, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to increase market share, improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead North American FTU Manufacturing/Operations in alignment with company objectives, policies, and safety standards.
  • Partner with Global Service, North American Sales, and other cross-functional teams to establish and share best practices.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of field service, warranty, repair, and installation needs.
  • Lead negotiations for After Sales services, including repairs, spare parts, service center support, and related service offerings.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational, financial, and customer performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales and business leadership to develop annual budgets, staffing plans, bookings forecasts, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve individual and business goals while maintaining a strong focus on engagement and talent development.
  • Champion continuous improvement, cost savings, safety, and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in business management, operations, After Sales/service, manufacturing, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management.
  • Proven leadership and team-development skills.
  • Strong customer relationship, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, and other functions.
