The role is part of the Europe International Investment Solutions COO team and located in Geneva or Zurich. The role is responsible for supporting a wide range of COO activities, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance in close collaboration with product, agile, and control functions

Responsibilities

  • Support the New Product Approval (NPA) and Product Review processes, ensuring a consistent and efficient product governance framework

  • Contribute to the product lifecycle of investment solutions, including product launches, changes, and periodic reviews

  • Coordinate and support projects related to advisory solutions, including regulatory updates, platform enhancements, and process improvements

  • Perform regular product governance controls and support audit activities, including follow-up on findings and coordination of required actions

  • Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, providing guidance on product governance and advisory processes

  • Support interactions with external fund and asset managers, including KYC due diligence and maintenance of distribution agreements

  • Review product-related documentation and marketing materials to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal requirements

Skills

  • Solid knowledge of investment products, advisory solutions, and product governance frameworks

  • Experience with New Product Approval (NPA), product lifecycle management, or product review processes within financial services

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare structured analysis and presentations

  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple stakeholders across Front Office, Product, and control functions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent English required; German is an advantage
