- Support the Market Heads of our Private Banking / Wealth Management organisation in operational, strategic and conceptual matters in day-to-day business
- Prepare and develop presentations, reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
- Coordinate and consolidate input from different markets, teams and central functions
- Prepare and follow up meetings, workshops and management appointments, including tracking of action items
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects and support their implementation
- Analyse and further develop business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
- Prepare and analyse business data to support business steering and decision-making
- University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Business Management, Business Development, Project Management or a comparable role within the financial industry
- Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills, combined with a structured and proactive way of working
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability
- Very good command of PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in German and English
