Job Description
  • Support the Market Heads of our Private Banking / Wealth Management organisation in operational, strategic and conceptual matters in day-to-day business
  • Prepare and develop presentations, reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
  • Coordinate and consolidate input from different markets, teams and central functions
  • Prepare and follow up meetings, workshops and management appointments, including tracking of action items
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects and support their implementation
  • Analyse and further develop business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency
  • Prepare and analyse business data to support business steering and decision-making

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Business Management, Business Development, Project Management or a comparable role within the financial industry
  • Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills, combined with a structured and proactive way of working
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability
  • Very good command of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in German and English
