We are seeking a Business Manager to support the operational and strategic development of Julius Baer CIO Office. This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from project coordination and financial oversight to process governance and internal communications.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the business unit

• Lead and/or support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects

• Prepare presentations, concepts, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders

• Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making

• Oversee financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit and its projects

• Own and govern business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiency

• Organise and execute internal events and communications (e.g. offsites, town halls)

YOUR PROFILE

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Agile mindset with a structured and proactive approach to work

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Relevant higher education and professional background
