Key Responsibilities (Mid to Sr. Level Role)
- Report to Customer Focal Head to provide technical and operational support aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Apply a solid working knowledge of product functionality, system operations, and customer value to enable effective execution and decision-making.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to manage customer-related activities in compliance with Applied Materials’ business processes.
- Support execution of product strategy by translating customer requirements into aligned internal plans and priorities.
- Manage internal customer requests by driving timely follow-ups, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and escalating risks or issues as needed.
- Track build plans and revenue performance against commitments, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Drive high-priority initiatives through cross-functional collaboration to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Prepare accurate and concise content, data, and materials for key internal meetings and reviews.
- Support internal system management activities to address urgent customer or business needs and ensure continuity of operations.
Semiconductor Industry Experience Highly Preferred

- Technical Expertise: Foundational understanding of customer semiconductor fabrication processes
- Customer Knowledge: Understanding of (specific device segment) fabrication fundamentals and customer manufacturing environments

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
