As a Business Management Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our CEO in EMEA, driving strategic planning, initiatives and implementing creative solutions. As a Business Management Associate in the Private Bank EMEA team, you will support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and running the day-to-day of the wealth management business across the region. You will collaborate with diverse teams, providing analytics and insights to shape the future of our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various markets and internal teams, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional wealth management services.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic analysis and insights to senior management on business growth plans
- Prepare analysis and presentation materials for senior management forums
- Assist with strategic business improvement
- Execute ad hoc large-scale projects across the business
- Partner with regional teams on initiatives and reporting
- Collaborate with finance to track progress against priorities and investment flows
- Help with preparation of agendas, workshops, town halls and other events
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Motivated and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Flexibility to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial work experience, preferably within Private Banking
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in strategic planning or sales management
- Experience in project management
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Advanced proficiency in other data analysis tools
