Job Description
You will join a team that helps shape the country’s strategy and operating rhythm through analysis, planning, and clear reporting. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, meaningful ownership across priorities, and the opportunity to strengthen how the business measures performance, manages risk, and delivers outcomes.
As a Business Management Associate at JPMorganChase within the Business Management Department, you will partner with the Country Business Manager and senior leadership to support strategic planning, management reporting, and governance activities. You will help translate business priorities into actionable plans, monitor progress, and deliver insights that inform decisions. You will also contribute to strong controls and effective committee governance while collaborating with stakeholders across the franchise.
Job responsibilities
- Support strategic analysis, planning, and project activities aligned to country priorities
- Monitor business performance and prepare high-quality management reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Track progress against strategy and contribute to business reviews with clear insights and recommendations
- Maintain awareness of local market developments and provide timely updates to relevant business leaders
- Partner with lines of business to support deal and pipeline reporting, including revenue and expense allocation tracking in relevant reporting systems
- Contribute to annual budgeting activities and perform controls comparing budgeted results to actual performance
- Participate in new product assessment activities, including coordination support and required reporting
- Support corporate governance processes by preparing materials and meeting minutes for management and committee forums
- Assist with risk and control activities, including support for internal audit and regulatory and supervisory reviews, and tracking closure of action items
- Support resiliency and disaster recovery activities through research, preliminary analysis, and testing support
- Help prepare Board of Managers materials and resolutions as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as engineering, management information systems, or economics
- Four or more years of relevant work experience, preferably within an international organization
- Experience in business management, planning, performance management, reporting, or financial analysis within a financial services environment
- Strong project management knowledge and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels

- Experience supporting payments, lending, or trade finance businesses
- Experience supporting corporate governance forums and creating committee materials and minutes
