We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. To support the organization's growth, we have created a new opportunity for a Business Management Assistant to join our Northampton team. This is a permanent full-time role, based in the Northampton office 5 days a week.
The Role
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing general administrative support to the office
  • Covering front of house reception
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting office visitors
  • Helping with internal and external events
  • Ensuring a great client experience with both in-person visitors and telephone contact with clients and suppliers
  • Assisting with general office upkeep
  • Undertaking relevant project work as required

About You
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, specifically MS Suite and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive, confident and proactive attitude 
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and self-motivated
  • Relevant work experience and/or experience of working within a fast paced office environment.

Skills Required

  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 or above, or equivalent
