Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Business Lead to drive client growth, inspire teams, and shape media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll act as the strategic partner to senior clients — ensuring our work connects creativity, media, and data to create meaningful impact across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead client relationships and ensure business objectives are translated into powerful media strategies.
•    Oversee end-to-end media planning, activation, and performance across multiple markets.
•    Champion collaboration across strategy, data, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
•    Manage P&L and ensure commercial growth, efficiency, and profitability for your portfolio.
•    Mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
•    Stay ahead of market trends, guiding clients through evolving media landscapes and technologies.

Requirements

•    12–15 years of experience in media or integrated communications, preferably within global agency networks.
•    Proven experience managing multimarket clients and large-scale operations.
•    Strong commercial acumen and P&L management capability.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
•    Deep understanding of media ecosystems, data-driven marketing, and emerging technologies.
