The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $67,125- $98,450 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Tasks and Qualifications:This is What You Will do in This Role:
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct in-depth market and competitor research across macroeconomic, industry, and customer domains.
Develop competitive profiles, SWOT analyses, portfolio comparisons, and financial benchmarks.
Maintain frameworks to follow competitor activity and automation industry trends.
Partner with third-party research firms and internal teams to integrate intelligence into business decisions.
Data Analysis & Internal Benchmarking:
Identify and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain models to compare Dematic’s performance and positioning against peers.
Create logic to connect disparate data sets for insight generation and process automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility.
Reporting & Communication:
Deliver clear, concise insights via dashboards, reports, and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
Tailor communication approaches for different business groups, including product, finance, and regional leadership.
Continuously evaluate reporting efficiency and optimize communication strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working in ambiguity.
Proactive mentality with a high sense of ownership and drive to deliver impactful work.
Deep analytical capabilities, including data modeling, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Strong understanding of the industrial automation and understanding of global economic drivers.
Skilled in data tools and languages (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SQL or Python is a plus).
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Experience Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Proven passion for the automation or logistics industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a love for working with large data sets to generate insights.
