The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

You will enable our business to improve performance by delivering timely information to track key KPIs, enhance decision‑making processes, strengthen market understanding, and improve customer relationships through accurate data processing and actionable insights.

As an Market Intelligence Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Perform periodic internal reporting and data analysis across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.

• Execute business reviews with sales teams and customers, providing insights that support strategic decisions.

• Support sales, channel, and marketing teams with timely and accurate internal and external information.

• Coordinate sales processes across Solventum in collaboration with support areas, maintaining close monitoring of Sell-Out data flow.

• Prepare scheduled and on‑demand reports with actionable data analysis.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or an administrative field, plus 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, market research, or related areas.

• Excel (mandatory)

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Power BI or other data visualization tools such as Tableau

• Experience managing large databases

• SAP or other ERP systems

• Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not required.

• Experience working with large and complex product portfolios is also preferred.

• Analytical, strategic mindset

• Service‑oriented and collaborative team‑player attitude

• Strong networking skills

Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, Mexicali & León mainly but not limited, at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 30% of time (domestic and international, USA visa desirable)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
