What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic advisor to your cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Renewals and a liaison to the technical Business Intelligence team
- Execute deep-dive analysis addressing key business issues and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business questions into verifiable hypotheses using complex, multi-source data
- Build dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics, empower other team members with data, and investigate business questions
- Demonstrate great judgment in quickly forming actionable, data-driven conclusions in the face of uncertainty
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Diagnose business process flows and contribute to improving automation and process improvements via data apps, workflow triggers/alerts and business applications enhancements
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related discipline
- 5 years relevant experience in business analysis, management consulting, or other related experiences analyzing large datasets to solve business problems and presenting results
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
- Ability to take loosely defined business questions and translate them into clearly defined technical/data specifications
- Experience working directly in the SaaS space, bonus to have experience working with Sales, Marketing, Channel, or Renewals teams
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights and process improvements
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with a modern BI stack with tools such as dbt, Looker, Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or GTM tools (Gainsight, Clari, Hubspot/Marketo)
- Experience with SQL and/or Python
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

What We OfferThe pay range for this position is expected to be between $139,000 and $194,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
