Job Description Summary:
The Business Intelligence Manager is member of the Central's Franchise Strategy Integration team, which works in collaboration with Franchise, Stills, Frontline marketing, Finance franchise, and bottling networks.
This position acts as a business partner shaping the narratives of business performance, generating insights focused on opportunity & risk mapping with internal and external sources of information, and suggesting recommendations to maximize opportunities and minimize the risk.
Additionally, this position supports the orchestration and integration of critical processes, such as annual business plan, Long term plans, and management routines.
In this position, you will be the network connector within The Coca-Cola Company (KO) and external suppliers bringing benchmark & solutions to operations in the Caribbean region, which is a multicounty cluster with a scope of 23 markets operated by a network of bottlers.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Exploit data and synthetize insight using both internal and external sources of information (NSR, Industry Estimates, Nielsen, Global Data, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel, Factiva, IHS) to identify granular regional opportunities and suggest -recommend actionable plan -activities at market level.
- Be the champions of the Performance tracking of the region monitoring volume, revenues, OI, Value equation, Big Bets and Share of market - Share of value within NARTD and the categories to assure that region ABP targets in all the countries.
- Being the partner and collaborate with franchise and commercial team to execute for growth.
- Support Franchise and Strategy teams on critical alignments process (T2T, Annual business plans, Long Range Plans) with Bottlers at local level.
- Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
- Manage uncertainty and multiple interactions and negotiations with management team members of The Coca-Cola system (Vp, GM, MDM, Frontline marketing, CCL)
Qualification & Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Industrial engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of CPG, banking, RMS experience in similar functions.
- Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
- Experience in using sales data base, RMS tools (such as Nielsen, Kantar, Sunshine, EMEVENCA).
- Strong ability to interpret results connecting the dots and provide insights
- Bringing in outside in perspective and has eyes on the ground to come and give feedback to ops and strategy team on market activities, macro-economic trends and competitive intelligence.
- Strong Microsoft skills - excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Must).
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
- Negotiation, and communication skills.
- Adaptability / Flexibility: comfortable with ambiguity.
